evolutio
Latin for Evolution
We give human beings the knowledge, tools, transformative experiences, community support and strategies to create meaningful and lasting change in their life.
Additionally, we support businesses and organization leadership teams through individual programming paired with team and organizational health training and support.
Our programming is a blend of traditional wellness practices, ancient wisdom and tools and modern human performance science.
The Problem
Worn out, unmotivated, disengaged, autopilot humans. Individuals are simply better performers, more creative, more energetic, with longer retention when they take better care of themselves, work in high functioning teams, and within an organization that has well thought through programs and a strategic plan that supports and resonates with them. Particularly, high level leaders need the tools to allow them to see the whole, connect empathetically, and move quickly and decisively. An anxious, overworked mind and body simply do not allow people to function at their best personally or professionally.
Four categories of service offerings:
1. Retreats & intensives - in person off-site nature and wellness immersion programs. 6 to 30 days for individuals and leadership teams. Similar curriculum digital programming options are also available.
2. One-on-one coaching & workshops - personal or group leadership development programming. Offered digitally or in person.
3. Consulting services - Large scale wellness program design and implementation. Top team effectiveness evaluation. CSR and wellness program assessment. Values and strategy alignment and conscious growth planning.
Top tier consulting and business expertise, without the ego, at a better rate and with a heart centered lens.
4. Community, knowledge and awareness building - curated research and publications, podcast, self trainings. Community events and forums.

What’s evolutio?
Evolutio provides transformational teaching and experiences that allow people, and organizations, to evolve into new ways of thinking and being.
evolutio is an organization of wellness and business experts. Through our integrated wellness programming (a combination of traditional eastern practices and cutting edge western science and understanding) we equip individuals with the tools, knowledge and practices to transform their lives into a higher level of joy, contentment and success.
We offer space, connection with nature and community, and a break from the high stimulus digital environment. We are not trying to “fix” people, our clients are not broken; to the contrary many of our clients are extremely high performing and accomplished. We are looking to improve wellness, enable “the betterment of well people”, so they can be even better versions of themselves and lead themselves and others with a more heart centered approach.
Unique value proposition:
We create an ecosystem of support for our clients. We will make personal evolution and transformation “stick” by understanding the difficulties in integrating the change in our client’s lives back home. Our work starts well prior to the retreat (or digital programming) with individual coaching and group workshops where we begin teaching the basics. Self reflection, mediation, basic nutrition and supplement support begin 6-8 weeks prior to an in person retreat/intensive. Post retreat, we provide a community of support and establish frequent touch points of follow up training and accountability to track progress to the goals our client’s set for themselves. We have found finding a single “battle buddy” or accountability partner as well as creating a community with regular checkins increases the chances of creating lasting change. We baseline and track individual progress with self surveys and metrics to not only reinforce the reflection and awareness of progress but to prove to ourselves that we are facilitating real change. Our ability to create “stickiness” to the practices is critical to truly helping people chart another path. There is some real practical “life unwinding” that is required to create the space to allow for change. For example, how does someone with high run-rate personal life expenses and commitments all of a sudden fence off more time for personal development and wellness? You cannot come to a retreat and go back to the normal 9-5 intensity without a practical plan and support system to create the change - we help build both.
Why our partnership & model is unique
We are looking to scale wellness and mindfulness to have a meaningful impact on the world’s collective consciousness and kindness. We are not looking for the “quick buck”. We are not looking to IPO or to “McDonalds” wellness. We are looking for depth and balance. We want to follow the middle path. Our metrics are not solely net profit or returns to shareholders. Our metrics are: increased levels of happiness and contentment of program attendees and our evolutio team and partners, and the perception of value and integration in the community where we operate. Call us hippies – that’s ok. We want to do things differently and thus our measurements are different. It’s time we found ways of measuring success and progress outside of dollars. Our organization is community based, organic and sustainable. We will benefit, but it is mandatory that our employees and the community in which we operate benefit as well. We are not creating a business model for wellness, we are creating an wellness model for business. See MAPS pollenation approach.
